Our services. We provide residential insurance inspection services in Florida, including 4-point inspections and wind mitigation inspections. Inspections are visual examinations of the property’s condition at the time of the inspection. An inspection report is not a guarantee or warranty of a property’s condition, and it does not determine whether any insurer will issue, renew, or price a policy — those decisions belong to the insurance company.
Scheduling and fees. Inspection appointments, fees, and any cancellation arrangements are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Accuracy of information. You agree that the information you provide through this site (including property details and contact information) is accurate, so we can schedule and perform your inspection.
