Information we collect. When you request or schedule an inspection through this website, by phone, or by text, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and details about the property and the services you request. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps).
How we use it. To schedule and perform inspections, prepare and deliver inspection reports, communicate with you about your inspection, and operate and secure this website. If you opt in to text messages on our form, we use your number for those messages; the form’s opt-in is off unless you choose it, and we do not sell your information or use it for spam.
Cookies. We use a consent tool (CookieYes). Only strictly necessary cookies load by default; optional cookie categories stay off unless you accept them through the cookie banner or the Consent Preferences control. See our Cookie Policy for details.
What we do not run. This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) advertising pixels, or other advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the tool goes live.

Some content and functions are provided with help from third parties: Google (our customer reviews display and Google Fonts — when these load, Google receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy), our email and form services, and our website hosting provider. We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the site and deliver your inspection.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights. Depending on where you live (including under California law), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share, as stated above). Retention. We keep inspection records and communications as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business obligations.
Children. Our services are for property owners and their representatives; this site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
